Ernestine Crews better known as "ECREWS", burst upon the real estate scene in 1989 with Coldwell Banker, where she immediately distinguished herself by capturing the "Rookie of the Year" title within the organization.  Further kudos quickly followed with receipt of Coldwell Banker's Gold, Silver and Bronze "Circles of Excellence" achievement awards for her innovative and productive approaches to training, advertising, and incentive programs. 

Ever seeking newer horizons, ECREWS broadened her knowledge base into the field of finance, spending five years working in the loan brokerage industry, co-authoring marketing manuals for sales representatives in the process.

In 1997, ECREWS founded PrimeTyme Real Estate and Financial Services, based in Los Angeles but casting a big shadow of influence across the real estate industry.

Not content to share her vast knowledge within the industry alone, ECREWS has reached out to consumers with her radio show, "The Road to Wealth and the Guide to Financial Freedom" (KLSX-FM), which garnered recognition as the "number one" mortgage and real estate show in 2007.

The culmination of this experience and knowledge now manifests itself into the wealth building academy and the semi-annually Wealth Building Conference.  The Wealth Building Academy is a tool to enable the investor to select the correct strategy for building their wealth.
