Mr. Obasi is a seasoned real estate broker with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry plus a comprehensive background in IT solutions, project management, business development and engineering. He owns his own real estate company located in Los Angeles called “First Vision Real Estate”.  First Vision real estate offers both real estate sales and financial services making it a one-stop-shop for all your real estate needs. His real estate experience is proven and tested.  He has become a seasoned investor with an extensive real estate portfolio. He has successfully packaged and originated over $70 million in real estate loans (both in residential and commercial real estate), locating the best pieces of real estate including but not limited to foreclosures, shortsales, and trust deed sales within the country and abroad hence making the best deals for his clients. His property management experience is also a great asset for his inexperienced clients. As Facility Administrator with AT&T (formerly called SBC) for over 5 years, Mr. Obasi designed, developed and built telecommunication networks including dsl circuits, centrex / pbs networks, and worked extensively with Project Pronto (fiber optics technology involving voice of IP) etc. at the different central offices in LA. During his career with CFAO Motors in Lagos Nigeria in 1995, he headed the real estate department that strategically planned, developed, constructed and managed 5 major branch locations of the company all in Lagos State. As an educator, he was a consultant for the “The Guide to Wealth and the Road to Financial Freedom” talk show every week on the 97.1 Free FM radio in 2007. He holds educational seminars on Credit Enhancement. Mr. Obasi received his B.S from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in Enugu Nigeria and M.S from American Intercontinental University in Los Angeles.
